By using padmindia.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site provides

The Site describes PADM India's professional services and offers free informational tools: an Income Tax Calculator, a Tax & Compliance Calendar and the India Today dashboard. Using these tools does not create a client relationship with PADM India. A professional engagement begins only when both parties agree to it in writing.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or data, or to probe, scan or test their vulnerability.
• Do not use automated means to submit forms, scrape the Site at a rate that degrades it, or interfere with other users.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes anyone's rights.

We may restrict or block access from any connection that we reasonably believe is violating these rules.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design and code are owned by or licensed to PADM India. Third-party components (Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, the Inter typeface) are used under their open-source licences. Statutory information such as tax rates and due dates is public and not claimed as ours. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference; any other reproduction needs our written permission.

Third-party links and data

The Site links to official government portals and reputable data providers and shows information derived from them. We do not control those sites or the data they publish, and linking to them does not imply endorsement.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, PADM India excludes all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, including decisions taken on the basis of the calculator, calendar or dashboard. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.
